Latest IStip survey results

We’ve added the latest findings from our regular annual surveys. The Induction Coordinators and Tutors survey reports their views on IStip’s service in the last 12 months.
And the IStip NQT Survey reports on the responses from 481 of the 2018-19 cohort of Newly Qualified Teachers. All previous survey findings are still available from their respective archive sections.
Also available are the retention statistics for the 2015-16 cohort of NQTs, showing where they are now three years after completing their induction programme.
Pro formas and guides for 2019-20

We’ve updated the site with all the new pro formas and guides that teachers and coordinators/tutors will need for the upcoming academic year 2019-20.
Newly Qualified Teachers can find all the new NQT pro formas and guides that they need for their induction here.
And Coordinators/Tutors can access all the pro formas and guides that they will require for their role in teacher induction here.
Registration deadlines for 2019-20

We have added deadlines for registering an NQT in 2019-20:
- Wednesday, September 11 2019 (for a 2019 autumn term start)
- Friday, January 11 2020 (for a 2020 spring term start)
- Friday, April 24 2020 (for a 2020 summer term start)
The registration fee will be £555 (£185 for one term; £370 for two terms). The fee MUST be paid by the school. Please refer to this page for further details available about completing the registration process.
IStip Annual Report

IStip publishes an Annual Report at the end of each academic year.
The latest report covering 2017-2018 has just been added to the site, giving a headline summary of our work over the last 12 months.
