ECT training
ISTIP offers professional development to ECTs via regional training centres. A school will assign an ECT to a centre during the registration process.
There are two regional meetings for Year 1 ECTs (Autumn and Summer term) and one meeting for Year 2 ECTs (Spring term).
We also run webinars and in-person training throughout the year and these can be booked via the links below.

Led by Lynn McCann, this is a introduction session to supporting pupils and students with ADHD and ASD within your lessons. Lynn will offer practical ideas based on research and years of experience. There will be time for Q+A. This session is appropriate for prep and senior colleagues.
