Induction tutor training
ISTIP offers in-person and online training for induction leads, tutors and mentors.
Our online induction tutor training will take you through the process of ECT induction, including the roles and responsibilities as well as the paperwork required.
We also offer in-person training, please see below for the courses currently available to book.
Online training
We will be running an induction tutor training course in January 2026.
This online course will cover the induction process, roles and responsibilities as well as the Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF).
The course is suitable for all those involved in the induction process (tutor, mentor or induction lead) and will take place via Zoom.
Our training is recorded, so if you are unable to attend, please register and you will be sent links to the recordings.
The cost for the training is £100.
